Mission Statement

We want to make your SUAVE Beauty Lounge experience as unique and memorable as you are.  Our mission is to consistently bring you the freshest styles, beauty and skincare services, by keeping up with the current trends and constantly educating ourselves about the best practices.  

We promise to pay close attention to the details of your service, maintain the highest standard in sanitation and health practices and in the cleanliness of our studio and services, exceed your expectations, and keep you coming back for more!


A deposit of  25$  is required to secure your appointment and will be redeemed toward your chosen service. 


If you need to cancel your appointment please call us or email us directly at  

support@suavebeautylounge.com  more than 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.  If not given reasonable notice  or for no shows, a cancellation fee of  25$ will be applied.


Due to the unique nature of our business, we may close earlier or later than the times noted for our lounge hours.  However, we are always available for contact by email or by filling out our website contact form for any inquiries or to book an appointment!


It is important to note that Suave Beauty Lounge does not offer refunds ( Full or partial).  As we order our supplies just for you, we cannot resell/ re-use your items.  Also, and although rare,  since there is no way to tell what aftercare practice ( or lack of) you followed after leaving our studio, it is impossible to accurately determine what the cause of damage/allergy could have been. Unfortunately, it is for this reason we cannot offer any refunds.   However, please note that the products used on all clients are medical grade, tried and tested,  and as such they do work- with satisfied clients returning week after week. 

This policy is strictly enforced, and we offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.  

Before coming into Suave Beauty Lounge, we strongly recommend doing your research and also referring to our FAQS section to get more detail on service procedures, and the proper aftercare methods to follow to ensure lasting results and quality of our services!  Our beauty services may not necessarily be for everyone, and therefore, you should make sure you are comfortable before proceeding.  We also strongly suggest consulting with your healthcare professional before coming to us to find out if there are any health limitations or allergies you may have that would suggest you are not a suitable candidate for any of our services.
